After the order was wrong phoned up to complain as it's the third muck up they'd made so they offer a refund, Delivery driver dropped off money and starts shouting at the lassie who answers the door because we don't have the food for him. We never asked for the refund, it was offered, we weren't told about giving food back. Last order I'll ever make. Good food shift service!July 10, 2016
